Intake of fresh fruits & vegetables : If you are on a juice or food detox diet, you need to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You can eat them whole, juice them, make them into a shake or slice them up into a raw salad. Remember, not to intake canned, stewed or frozen fruits, because they do not work.
Exercise : Regular exercise is important to maintain good health. It is also important to exercise during a detox diet because it gets things moving, pumping the toxins out of the body. Exercise also helps to increase the digestion rate ad it simply makes the whole detox process go a little faster making your body able to function properly.
